The Genèvre Creative coaching is a blend of honing your business acumen, and incorporating your creative talents so they don’t come in as an afterthought. We can explore strategy, scaling, money, and balance it with your personal needs relating to time, energy, your ideal role I t the business and who you want to become.
Whether you are an established small business (company) or an early stage start-up (partnership or sole trader), we can work together on realising your creative projects for growth.
For the greatest impact, we can meet every 1-3 weeks. This allows for time to work on the activities that we uncover together.
Monthly is available too, yet if you notice your momentum lagging, you have the option to adjust the frequency.
At times life may get in the way. Together we can tailor this program to best fit the way you work. You have the options to:
- reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your session
- adjust to more/less frequent sessions
- discuss changing to virtual/in-person
In our sessions, I will primarily focus on the now and moving forward. It is my intention that the changes we make are focused on the long game, not short-term development. Honesty can be a challenge, yet the more you can bring to our work, then the more you can get out of our time together.
Yes! To foster growth, the work you do between sessions is crucial. While we’re together, we’ll craft succinct and realistic actions together, for you to implement between sessions.
If you encounter hurdles, we can bring this into the following session. We’ll discuss the causes, potential solutions and iterate the actions accordingly.

There will be times when we go deep – and this is the reason for the Confidentiality Agreement. I am committed to keeping all written, spoken, and shared content as private during and after our working relationship. I am not a psychologist or counsellor, so if you need these services I can refer you on.
Mentoring is a directive relationship, with the mentor as a leader; yet coaching is a collaborative process, we are accountable to one another – and I will utilise both methods – depending on what you prefer and require.
