Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Coach makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Coach under this Agreement for all coaching services rendered through and including the termination date.

Your success depends on what you bring to coaching, and how much you action outside the coaching sessions. I cannot guarantee specific results, and you accept responsibility for your own results. The impact of coaching will depend on the time that you allocate to your forward progress. You agree there are no guarantees on specific outcomes. I make no promises or warranties concerning your likelihood of success, performance, future earnings, business profits, marketing performance, customer growth or results of any kind.

You understand that with any business endeavour there is an inherent risk, including a loss of capital and loss of customers and therefore you assume all responsibility for any such risk.
